Individual sessions are powerful opportunities to gain insight, get guidance, and learn personalized coping skills to move forward.
I believe that support should be offered when it is needed, not when it is scheduled. For this reason, I offer both on demand appointments, as well as weekly scheduled sessions. You choose what feels right to you. Want more than 1:1? I also teach Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques and tools to anyone who wants to have more tools to tackle life challenges. Simple, effective, and available anytime, from anywhere through my learning community, 4C Mental Health.
All sessions are offered via telehealth, though in person sessions will become available in 2026.
