I am not your typical therapist. I’m real, raw, and will be not only a listening ear, but will equip you with tools and actionable next steps. You’ll leave each session feeling stronger and more prepared. My individual sessions always come with between session support because I don’t believe life struggles wait for appointments.

I’ve been around the block a few times. With 25 years in the field, helping to develop standards of excellence and best practices with experts from around the world, I’ve earned my stripes. But, I am also just a human with my own story and my own war wounds. I don’t throw lingo or expertise at you. I fail, I learn, I grow…and I firmly believe no one should go through life’s ups and downs solo.

East Bay Psychotherapy Center was founded in 2019 and is based in Pleasanton. I serve clients across California via telehealth, with in-person sessions available for those in the greater East Bay.
I do not accept insurance, which allows me to provide focused, high-quality, individualized care. At the same time, I believe access to mental health skills should not be limited to those who can attend weekly therapy.
For that reason, I created 4C Mental Health — an evidence-based learning community designed to make practical tools and structured support accessible and affordable.
